If the shipping address of your order is in Japan, it conforms to the regulations of each shop.
○ If the delivery destination is other than Japan
All products ordered at Bramo have tags and stickers.
We accept returns if this tag is in the same condition as when the sticker was shipped.
However, the return period is two weeks after the product arrives, so please contact us as soon as possible.
※ 1 When shipping overseas, check the product and take a photo and then send it out. Please note that we may not accept returns if we decide that the returned product is not in its original packaging (eg, product status, documents, warranty card, manual, accessories, etc.).
※ 2 About the tag that comes with the product, seal The seal is attached to the watch. When the seal is removed from the product, the letter "opened" appears in Japanese on the surface of the seal. If this character is seen even a little, we can not accept returns. The other products are in the state of being tagged. Even if you see a little after peeling off, we can not accept returns.
Also, in the unlikely event that a defective product or a product different from the order arrives, we have established a week as a return guarantee period after the customer receives the product. For return conditions and conditions, please refer to the following.
・ All items can not be accepted unless they are in the original packaging condition (article condition, documents, warranty card, manual, accessories, etc.). Even if all packages are dirty or damaged, they can not be accepted.
-Products that directly touch the skin, such as earrings, jewelry, lingerie and underwear, beauty products, etc. are unused items in consideration of hygienic aspects and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
・ Returned items can not be accepted upon request unless they are the same as the item status shown in the description or in the photo. If you decide not to comply with this required item, your return will not be accepted.
Bramo will reconfirm all returns first.
In the case of a new product, it may be possible to replace it with the same model and design, but in the case of a second-hand product it can not be replaced as it will be a single point.
If shipping costs occur, we will refund the shipping cost.
