About return

Return exchange

  All tags and stickers are attached to the items ordered by Buramo. 
  If this tag and the seal are in the same state as shipping it we will accept returns. 
  However, since the returning period is two weeks since the item arrived, please contact us as soon as possible. 
  * 1 When sending to overseas, we confirm the item and ship it after shooting the picture.  Please understand that we may not accept returns if we determine that all products returned are not in their original packing status (item status, document, warranty card, manual, accessories etc.). 
  * 2 Tags attached to the product, stickers Seals are attached to the wristwatch.  When the seal is peeled off from the product, the letter appears as "opened" in Japanese on the seal surface.  We can not accept returns if this character is seen even a bit.  Other items are in a state where the tags are lost.  If you can see it after peeling a little bit, you can not accept returned goods. 

  Also, in the unlikely event that a defective product or an item different from the order arrives, we have established a return warranty period for one week since the customer received the item.  Please refer to the below for returned goods conditions and conditions. 
  · All items are not accepted unless they are all original packing status (product status, document, warranty card, manual, accessory etc.).  Even if all packages are dirty or damaged, they will not be accepted. 
  · Earrings, jewelry, lingerie, underwear, beauty goods etc touching direct skin products are unused items, consider sanitary aspects, we refuse returned or exchanged. 
  · Returned items can not be accepted unless they are the same as the item status shown on request or reflected in the photo.  Even if we decide not to comply with these essential items, returned goods will not be accepted. 

  First of all Bramo reconfirms all returns. 
  In the case of new goods, it may be possible to exchange with the same model, design one, but in the case of second-hand goods it will be one point so it can not be exchanged. 
 When shipping costs occur, we will refund shipping fee.
